About this talk
My talk will focus on the contentious topic of Google Featured Snippet filtering. Most are unaware, but Google can algorithmically (and sometimes manually) prevent sites from ranking in Featured Snippets. I'll be presenting some new research relating to how far-reaching this filter is in search results, the types of sites being impacted, along with how SEOs can identify when this is happening to their clients.
