This talk will cover how to implement a values-led approach when leading a team, how to create a culture that attracts and maintains your talent, why leavers (for the right reasons) are to be celebrated, as well as tips on capacity management. It will also cover why brands should care about the culture of their agency partners.
Whilst Beth admits she doesn't always get it right, she's keen to share her learnings over the past 4 years in order to play her part in helping the industry she loves do more to protect the wellbeing of employees.
