Post-pandemic, many business are looking at different ways they are organising themselves. One such example is how we have dispensed with line managers, have a business case approach to promoting people and giving them payrises and have no heads of departments. In this talk, Eb will address a new way of working. One that doesn't turn every business into a 'jobs factory' but empowering individuals to make the contributions they are able to make, and progress according to their own goals and achievements.
