Karen Hopper, Senior Data Strategist, serves as the strategic lead for testing and website optimization at M+R, a leading nonprofit marketing firm. In this role, she leads the cross-channel testing team to develop and measure marketing strategies to recruit more supporters, gather more petition signatures, and raise more money. Prior to joining M+R in 2012, Karen worked in policy and advocacy at National Council of La Raza (now UnidosUS), at Center for Science in the Public interest, and on Capitol Hill.
